Process
How Returns Work
Eligible, unmounted tires can be returned within 30 days. Follow these steps to get started.
Request a return online
In My Account, open Orders and select Request return. It usually takes less than 2 minutes.
Get your prepaid label
We will email you a FedEx return label. Print it or use the QR code at a FedEx location.
Send the tires back
Keep tires unmounted and in their original packaging. Drop them off at a FedEx location.
Receive your refund
We process refunds within 3 to 5 business days after the tires arrive.

Not eligible
- Mounted or driven tires
- More than 30 days after delivery
- Damaged through misuse
- Bought from a third-party installer
