Fitment results are provided as a shopping aid and should be checked against your vehicle’s door-jamb label, owner’s manual, or a qualified tire professional before purchase. Vehicle modifications, alternate fitments, load requirements, and staggered setups may affect compatibility. You are responsible for confirming that the tires you order are appropriate for your vehicle and intended use.

4. Products, prices, and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, promotions, and availability accurate, but errors or changes can occur. Product appearance may vary by brand or supplier. Prices and offers may change before an order is accepted, and some promotions have separate eligibility rules or expiration dates. TireDeals may correct an error, limit quantities, or cancel an order when a product, price, promotion, or availability detail was materially incorrect.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it is not acceptance by TireDeals. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it. 6. Delivery and installation

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by inventory, weather, carriers, installers, or other events outside our control. Someone may need to be available to receive an order or complete an installation appointment. Installation services are performed by the selected installer under the installer’s applicable service terms. Follow the installer’s safety instructions and do not drive a vehicle if the tires, wheels, or installation do not appear safe.

7. Returns, cancellations, warranties, and coverage

Returns, cancellations, manufacturer warranties, and optional tire protection plans are governed by the specific terms provided for the applicable order, product, or plan. Review the TireDeals return policy and any warranty or coverage documents before ordering. A manufacturer, installer, carrier, or protection-plan provider may be responsible for certain claims. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful shopping and service-related purposes. Do not interfere with the site, bypass security or rate limits, access another person’s account, scrape or copy substantial portions of the site, upload malicious code, submit misleading information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights. To the extent permitted by law, TireDeals and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for a claim related to the site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid to TireDeals for the product or service giving rise to that claim. 13. Indemnification
